About
What is the size of Paul's loaves?
Paul's loaves measure about 12" × 4" × 2". They're pretty big, about the size of a half-gallon bottle.
How much do they weigh?
Each loaf weighs about 22 oz. That's roughly as much bread as 3 French baguettes. Did you know that French law dictates the exact weight of a baguette?
Why not baguettes?
Loaves are much fluffier and they are easier to keep fresh. When sliced, they are also the perfect size for sandwiches or tartines.
What is Paul's bread made out of?
Paul makes his bread using premium wheat flour, water, salt, and baker's yeast. He also uses a sourdough starter, that he nicknamed Augustus Gloop.
Is it ok if I eat Paul's bread with Casu Martzu?
Eeeeeweeeeweeweweewew! Please don't. Or if you do, please don't tell Paul.
